Can't play anything on Fandango at home app on google tv operating system.

    Can't play anything on Fandango at home app on google tv operating system.

    I have a Hisense TV with Google TV as it's operating system. The Fandango at home app is available in the app store on google tv. Have been using it with out problem on this tv since I got it almost a year ago. I use the app to watch my owned content almost daily, I have hundreds of movies and shows that I own. Last night I tried to watch a movie and it will not play. It starts the loading/buffering screen then backs out to the movies info page over and over. I tried 10 other movies and the same thing. It won't play trailers either of owned or unowned titles. The app looks fine and acts fine in every other way as far as navigation and info it just won't play anything. I logged out and back in. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I rebooted the TV. All other streaming apps are working fine on it. The app is working fine on my tablet and phone and I'm able to cast from them to the tv.

      I’m having the same issue with my Hisense TV. I can’t get anything to play on the Fandango App.

      app version: 10.4.a010
      TV: 2023 Hisense U865N
      OS Version: 12

        Thank you for the info. I've passed it along to the engineers as well. We are actively investigating this issue.

          I am having the same issue.
          TV Model: Hisense 100U76N
          Fandago App Version: 10.4.a010
          0S version: 12 Kernel version 5.4.265

            Please uninstall the current Fandango at Home Android app (10.4.010) from your Hisense TV. Then reinstall the app from the Google app store. This should now install the previous version (10.2.006) and should then restore access to your content as normal. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
