Ripped off for a whopping $4.27… how disappointing

Rented a movie on October 16th was charged on same date. The movie never showed up as available to watch in my library. I sent an email asking if they can send this movie to my library or issue a refund. I was initially given a runaround about google pay which I don’t use. Now help even after a
calling. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask them to either fulfill this order or issue a refund for a whopping $4.27. Yet they refuse. How petty.

If you used an Android device to make this purchase then you used Google Play as the payment method. Otherwise your purchase might have been denied by the payment processor, depending on the platform you used to make the purchase.
