Cannot Login into account with Roku Ultra

    Cannot Login into account with Roku Ultra

    Ever since I got my Roku Ultra a few weeks ago, the Roku channel will not take my credentials. The same credentials work fine with the Win 10 app and on Chrome.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Before the Roku Ultra, the other 2 Roku 3's where working fine!

      I've the same issue with my new Roku Premiere. I'm able to log in to my vudu account on Windows 10 PC, Google Chrome browser on my iPad and iPhone but keep getting wrong email / password when I try to login on Vudu app on my Roku Premiere. Please help.

        Do you happen to have 8 devices registered under your devices? Go to "manage devices" when logged into the website. iPhones, iPads, etc all started counting as registered devices recently so it's really easy to hit your device limit. It may be a totally different issue, but that helped for me when I realized I had hit my device limit.

          Hi guys!

          I have the same exact problem trying to login to my VUDU account using my Roku device. The app keeps telling me I have provided a wrong username/password despite of the fact the same credentials work fine with my Apple devices. I created a new test account from this app and I could login, but after some logout I was not able to login back anymore. I think the validation algorithm is wrong. Does anyone solved the problem? By the way, I have erased all my VUDU devices to avoid the device restriction.

            Have the same problem , the email entry box is in capital letters and I cannot change them .
            The password box is fine , when I finish I get the wrong ( capitals ? ) email/password.
            Any ideas
            I have an ultra and a Sony 4k to , I want to watch my UHD Movies via the app.

              Are you unable to log into either the Sony or the Roku? Have you tried a password reset and tried again?

                Hi DanielH - I also have the same problem. I just tried to login in Roku with the same password like in the web. And it said invalied email/password - I just bought some movie in web, and I'm pretty upset about this.

                  It seems that you're using a VPN with your connection. Vudu is only available within the United States and Puerto Rico.
