How to readd a shared library

I shared my library with a friend and everything was working great. Tonight he noticed that movies that I've purchased recently were not showing up in his my movies. These movies are in my UV library so they should show up. In our troubleshooting I told him to unlink my library from his vudu and readd it thinking it would force the list to refresh. Unlinking is real easy to do. Readding isn't. How does he readd a shared library? When I log into myuv.com I see him listed as a valid user and on Vudu he shows as someone I've shared my account with and he's accepted the invitation. I'd hope it would be as easy as logging into his vudu and then just choosing this shared library, but when he logs into his vudu, all he sees are his movies. How do we fix this?

Sharing your library with your friend creates a new user in your UV account that is linked to your friend's vudu account.

After unlinking the UV account from his vudu, to relink all he has to do is go to the vudu menu, select the Ultraviolet option, then link your UV account using the username and password that was created at the time you invited your friend.

You can't go through the sharing process a second time without creating another UV user with a different email address.

Sometimes it just takes a while for new items to propagate through UV, unlinking and relinking isn't usually necessary but can speed the process along.

As always, keep in mind you are sharing your movies with your friend, your friend is not sharing any back with you (but any new movie your friend purchases or redeems a code for will add the UV license to your UV account, not his).
