Keep getting error message "Location must match billing address"

I am in my house, which is my billing address, and I keep getting the message that my location must match my billing address. I am at my billing address!

The purchase Blu-Ray & DVD program with immediate viewing is also having the same problem as Disc to Digital app problems.

This is all part of a bigger issue Vudu need to figure out asap.

There's a lot of money from many users will to pay for their movies but Vudu isn't properly configured to take the purchase.

Yeah, this new functionality is a piece of junk. Google maps shows me in my billing address but their APP keeps throwing errors about being in the same location as my billing address. I have tried in the back of my property, front porch, in the street....error, error, error......uninstalling, not worth saving a few dollars.

I'll suggest two things. I'll assume you know the difference between physical address and billing address and have already made sure they match.

First look up your address on Google Maps and try the Google Earth view to see the actual image of your property and take note of where the map pin is. I'm on a large piece of property and the map pin for me is about 50 yards from my apartment. If I get near that location then the D2D works every time. However...

The second alternative is to keep trying it over and over. Even if I don't move to that map point I can still wind up being at the correct location but some times I have to try it several times in a row. One disc I tried 8 times in a row before it acknowledged that I was indeed at my billing location. Trying repeatedly was annoying but it beat walking out into the middle of a field in the rain.

I walked with Google Maps until my location exactly matched what Google Maps had listed as my home address. No luck. Funny because the "Location must match . . ." error used to go away when I stood at the streetlamp in front of my house (though it would just start giving me a different, general error message). Now I've re-loaded the app on my phone and so far I haven't found the sweet spot in my neighborhood for a guy with my address to use this Disc-to-Digital function.

I had the same issue, I did a lot of research and figured out what I was doing wrong, you have to buy or maybe rent something first before you can do digital conversion, after I did that it worked.
