    Instawatch wrong movie issue

    Last night I purchased the Watchmen Director's Cut from Walmart.com. My Instawatch copy didn't appear in my library even though my accounts are linked. After owning a ticket a received notification that the movie was now available to add to my library. The issue now is that the wrong movie was added. I bought the DIRECTOR'S CUT but received the THEATRICAL CUT. The only reason I bought this movie was to have the digital copy accessible on Vudu.

    Here is my current ticket # 170501-000991

    Any help would be appreciated.

    This is actually "normal" behavior with IW and code redemptions. The movie studios will give the theatrical version instead of the extended, directors, etc. versions. It's unfortunate that they act like this sometimes.

      That's a bummer. I'm just hoping for a fix that doesn't take a month of back and forth emails and calls. I use Vudu a lot for the convenience. Once that goes away I lose my reason to use it.

        if its the version i bought the digital copy in the package will give you the version you wanted
