Videos not loading

Since yesterday most of my videos won't load. On Google Chrome and opera it has the message "We are unable to connect to the content you?ve requested. We apologize for the inconvenience. [#7]". On Internet explorer and firefox it just keeps loading with no video appearing. There are a few exceptions that do load like Disney films and xmen first class.

Yea not sure what's going on but its weird. This just started after I updated the google chrome with their newest update, I since stop using chrome but all the videos I clicked on since the update are now messed up. I even tried another pc and it still wouldn't work but does if I try them on my phone. The movies I notice that are affected and won't load are ET, terminator 1, transformer movie, slither, taxi driver, knocked up, patch adams. There could be more as well. When trying on explorer, the loading icon appears and sometimes just goes away leaving a black box.

I can give at least 2 that are giving this error for me & a few other people:

WarGames
Babel

They will play on my Blu-Ray players app, but will give that error when trying to stream on PC. This was tried on Opera browser, other titles have always & still play fine. Mobile device just boots you out to details page.

I am having the same problem!

I watch my movies on a Mac through either Safari or Firefox. Most of my movies play fine, however, 15 of my movies just wont play at all. When I try to watch I get the spinning counter circle...no error message at all...it just keeps spinning forever and the movie will not load. The funny thing is I can watch these movies fine on my iPhone....

The movies I am having trouble with are:

Planet of the Apes (1968)
Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970)
Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971)
Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972)
Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973)

Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984)
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986)
Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989)
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991)
Star Trek Generations (1994)
Star Trek: First Contact (1996)
Star Trek: Insurrection (1998)
Star Trek: Nemesis (2002)

PS. I just checked and I do have the latest version of Flash installed.

I just tested my planet of the apes 1968 too and I'm getting the same thing. And like you, they work on my phone and ps4 but not on my main laptop and other pc. It seem to happen right after I updated google chrome earlier this week and since than I stopped using chrome because it has been acting up since the update but the videos are not loading on all the others too (IE, firefox, opera). Others movies are:
Transformers the movie
Taxi Driver
ET
Slither
There Will be Blood
Knocked Up
Patched Adams
The Terminator

I have several movies on my account that won't play. It tells me ......encountered network error during playback.

Baywatch UHD won't load for me after trying for several days. It seems to work when watching the HDX version though. My case # is 170913-000157. I've already been through several troubleshooting steps with Vudu so it's in the hands of the engineers.

This one might be a different issue. I'm having someone further investigate this for you.

Are you using the embedded app on the Cast TV or casting to the TV from a mobile device?

I've tried both methods and neither of them work to load the UHD version of this movie. Thanks!

Our engineers have tried replicating this issue as well and were not able to. The movie plays fine for them.
