Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Movies not showing up in VUDU

    I just purchased the Bill and Ted bundle today and it's not showing up in my VUDU library or my Movies Anywhere library, but it is showing in my iTunes library where I purchased it. Do I have to wait a day before it'll show up or is it not going to show up at all. I've purchased a few movies through iTunes and they've shown up right away on VUDU and this one I'm having trouble with. Any answer would be appreciated.

    This movie is not MoviesAnywhere eligible therefore it will not transfer over to Vudu.

    This movie is not MoviesAnywhere eligible therefore it will not transfer over to Vudu.

    I purchased the Star Trek: 1-10 Collection (Bundle) through iTunes. But when I try to find my movies in VUDU they are not showing up. I thought that maybe they were not available on VUDU, but they are listed here https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/details/Star-Trek-1-10-Collection-Bundle-/468941
    I have other movies that are not showing up too. Including Top Gun and Family Guy star Wars Trilogy.

    You will need to contact MA or Universal Studios for this matter. Vudu won't know you own this title until your MA account has acquire the content rights.

    Looks like you link is in "pending" status. Please unlink and re-link your MA account with your Vudu account. That should fix your issue.
