I was somewhat surprised today when I noticed that my Vudu was claiming it had network issues...

So, I'll admit the Vudu's outbound bandwidth has been severely limited lately due to IVSing the latest Democratic Debate to a couple of fellow poopli users from my ReplayTV, but I'm the one paying for the bandwidth, so I'm going to allocate it as I see fit.

How much bandwidth do I need to reserve for the Vudu to keep it from complaining? My Cable connection is only 512kb/s outbound, so the 100-200kb/s number I've seen thrown about is a pretty large chunk of my bandwidth.

I haven't tried watching a movie since the Vudu started complaining, but will I still get instant viewing, or is the Vudu going to penalize me for limiting it's outbound bandwidth?
