    lnetwork issue

    I have had vudu for about 2 years now and love the device. I have recently been getting networking issues and constant buffering. I have read the forums as I usually do and called customer service as I have had to do only once before.(It was a billing issue very minor)

    Let's be honest...
    I am not the only one.

    I love this device and I will not switch to anything else but I would like VUDU to tell us if there is an issue and that they are working on it instead of making us email our account so they can look at it.

    There is no problem with my hook up or what devices I am using. There is no known fix that I know of and there is a lot of people having the same issue.

    I don't want a credit back just tell me that you know of the issue and that you are doing your best to fix it. Don't make me go thru my router and configure things that may end up making my network worse.I won't go to NETFLIX and I'm not going to cancel my account I just want some answers.

    Please if at all possible fix this before True Grit comes out. I have waited to see it on VUDU.

    I sent mesaages and posted on facebook as well as contacted the vudu number no resolution or response as of yet.

      Pinpointing what exactly causes the buffering is not always easy. More times than not I've had success walking people through settings changes on their home network that resolved the issue. This is not always the case obviously.

      We are always working to provide a better streaming service for customers. Keep in mind that your device has to connect through multiple networks before you hit our servers and still maintain a consistent 4.5mbps+ to stream HDX without buffering.

      Having said that; your issue could be a VUDU problem, and i would be happy to try and figure that out for you and resolve it.

        I understand that there is a lot more to it than what we see. It is just odd that I have never had this problem and now it seems like everyone has it.
