buffered toward the end of movie, then cut

watched our 1st movie last night. dolphin tail. did the test on the tv and said use hdx. went 3/4 of the way thru the movie and then a small buffer. went another 10 min, then another short buffer, then a little later it said i need to switch to hd. is this normal? had to watch the rest in hd without any buffering. btw it's a toshiba tv with the vudu app. wireless thru 5 ghz band router. any help?? thx

Typically, you shouldn't have to downgrade the quality. If you do, you can give us a call and we can credit you for the difference. If you have the same issue with your next rental, it may be worth going through some troubleshooting.
