Downloaded movies still pause and say "buffering"

    Hello,

I've downloaded some of the movies that I've purchased to my WDTV Live hub to avoid the "buffering" messages. However, even with the movie downloaded it still pauses and says "buffering".

Shouldn't the downloaded movies play from the hard drive?

The movie should playback from the hard-drive. Did you try a reboot of the device once the buffering occurred?

I've downloaded several movies with VUDUToGo application and have them saved to an external Seagate HD connected via USB. If my laptop is not connected to the internet the movies will not play. I thought the point of the download option was to provide a way to watch the movies without internet access? Then when I am connected to the internet the movie plays but has the constant "Buffering" box in the middle of the screen. I've downloaded them all in plain HD, not HDX.
