    Another buffering issue... No way to contact support

    I've been a vudu customer for years and have never had a problem until tonight.

    I purchased HDX movie and had buffer lag. I switched to HD and still had buffer lag. Finally I switched to SD and--guess what--still buffer problems.

    I did a vudu speed test and it showed I had 20+mbps. That's because I have fios. I've been watching other HD streaming services with no problems (amazaon, hulu, apple). This is the first service with problems. I can't believe I paid for HDX and I'm getting less than SD quality!

    So I called the 800-554-vudu phone number, and it's closed. It said to fill out the contact form, which I can't find anywhere on the support page.

    I followed the link on the sticky post and it sends me to the same dead-end support page with no way to contact anyone.

    This is my last resort to get help. Why do I have to post on a public forum to get help??

    Anyways, can someone from vudu support please assist? I'm very unsatisfied with my experience. I'm running vudu on PS3.

    My apologies for your poor experience. I would be happy to get a case started up for you. Could you possibly PM your email address used on your VUDU account?

    If you wish to email support in the future, you can do so at http://support.vudu.com. You'll need to browse one FAQ article before the email link will appear.

      yeah, that little "change" of having to browse a faq before seeing the link to email support has really ticked a lot of your customers off fyi...

        I purchased The Hobbit and we watched the movie until the last 30 minutes or so and then it buffers and says, Unable to stream this movie at the moment due to network error. Please try again later.
