    ERROR code 60: Problem with CA cert - Sharp TV - Help!!!!

    Can you please help me trouble-shoot this issue. I've spoken with both Vudu and Sharp and neither can help me with this. See information below.

    Please help if you can. Not sure what else to do...

    Unfortunately, there's nothing Vudu can do to resolve this issue. The problem lies with Sharp's NTP server, it's either down or returning the wrong information. I'd advise you contact Sharp customer support and have your case escalated with them.

      Go to smart central. Select Sharp web browser. Hit D (yellow) on remote until bottom bar appears. Select Menu. Select Security. Select CA Certificates. Highlight Time Stamping Authority CA. Select A (red). Select disable. Problem solved.
