Comcast Firewall issue with Vudu

I have the comcast smc model wifi+router modem, my firewall settings at maximum security(high) and every time I try to connect to vudu on my sony bd player gives an error code "1:203" connection failed... However; I found a way of passing the connection by dropping the security to medium level to watch vudu.
I opened ports of 80 and 440 with reserved ip address to bd player on high security but still doesn't let the connection pass through. What else should I do to let vudu stream while at max security on firewall?
