    Is anybody else having a longer than usual wait time for a response from VUDU? I have multiple tickets that have went without a response for weeks (1 for over 3 weeks and the other for over 6 weeks.) I've had responses on other issues from VUDU, but their twitter hasn't been responding to me either in regards to this as well. I was wondering if this is a common thing or if my account isn't being responded to for some other reason.

    After reviewing your open cases, it does seem that we have already responded to your issue with a final statement. We are unable to offer further assistance for your case. This has been reviewed and responded by the highest level of support.

      Actually, case 201026-000224 was listed as in progress on October 26th and I still don't have my missing credits and no response. Reference 201001-000226 is listed as in progress with no response since October 2nd. Case 200630-001292 is also listed as in progress. So what does 'in progress' mean then? I'm still awaiting my issues to be resolved.

        200630-001292 and 201001-000226 have been already decided and responded to. Our response is final on these 2 similar cases. These are deemed closed.

        As for 201026-000224 I will review the case and respond to you appropriately soon.

          200630-001292 still shows in progress. I've received different responses from Walmart and VUDU, with me as a 3rd party being the one taking all of the losses for a mistake that isn't even my own. They can be deemed closed but when I have been told directly that VUDU is lying and have been given conflicting responses from VUDU themselves, I need my problem resolved instead of pushed off simply because they don't want to fix the issue.

            It seems we are going in circles here. The "missing IW titles" cases that we have already responded to are final as I've stated before. There's nothing more that can be done for this. They have been set to "closed" now.

              I've re-opened them since they aren't being responded to. I have questions that are simply being ignored at this point.

                We have answered all of your questions and have explained why these titles were deleted. Not agreeing with our decision and reopening the cases will not help. Our decision is final.
