    Vudu only playing SD content

Just purchased a Toshiba M550 Fire TV - everything is working great except that the Vudu app only shows SD when nearly all of my movies are HD or UHD. Attempted to do the Clear Cache/Clear Data/Force Stop and sign in again with no luck. The TV has 4 HDMI inputs at 60hz, but the main TV utilizing the FIre OS displays at 120hz; hence my reasoning for wanting to keep it on the Fire. Any ideas?

Let me find out if this particular model is whitelisted or not. It should at least allow HDX playback. I'll get back to you.

We are waiting to hear back from Toshiba if they will allow UHD on this TV with our app.

Appreciate the update - I too have requested an update from Toshiba and will update in the forum if I receive response.

Toshiba Customer Service advised this was a known issue that they are working on with no ETA currently to provide.

This should now be fixed. Please do the Clear Cache/Clear Data/Force Stop steps to enable the new changes.

Still SD only. I tried the following:

                  1. Exit Vudu
                  2. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Vudu Fire TV
                  3. Clear cache
                  4. Force Stop
                  5. Launch Vudu again

                  Uninstall app - reinstall app

                  Performed above again.

                  Vudu version 7.10.f008
                  Fire TV Home Version: 6350077.1
Fire OS Software Version 7.2.8.5 (PS7285/2878)

                  Toshiba Model TOSHIBA_75M55OKU

Any ideas? At this point I may just end up having to take this back and find another TV. Also, is this fix supposed to allow UHD playback or just HDX?
