    Cannot Authenticate Account #3324

    Everything was fine until I uploaded a batch from D2D. Now I get the error #3324 which I did not see anyone else having on this forum. I am running a Mac with Safari. Again, no problems until I uploaded D2D.

    Can you log in on any of the devices on your account?

        Same issue. It just begin.
        My download speed is 17478 kbps, upload is 2187 kbps.
        I am on a hard line to my router. It is around 15 feet away.
        I am using the Google Chrome browser to watch Vudu.
        I am running Windows vista.
        I can still log into my vudu account.

          I am having same issues. I log in fine and everything but when I go to play an episode or movie the message "There was a problem authenticating your account for movie playback. [#3324]" pops up. I have updated everything that needs to be even reset my license files as told to and it still does it.

            I am getting the same error when trying to watch shows on vudu.
            My download speed is 17478 kbps, upload is 2187 kbps.
            I am on a hard line to my router. It is around 15 feet away.
            I am using the Google Chrome browser to watch Vudu.
            I am running Windows vista.
            I have no other devices attached to my account except the PC.

                Having the same issue "There was a problem authenticating your account for movie playback. [#3324]" with the following

                Windows 8.1 Internet Explorer 11, Chrome 32.0.1700.76
                Nexus 7 Android 4.4.2
                Galaxy Note 3 Android 4.3
                PlayStation 4
                Roku 3

                Starting to think that this isn't an issue with any of my settings or Adobe Flash.

                  My iPad works fine and one of my DVD works fine. Just seems to be on the web.

                    I can watch from PS3 and Android, not from a PC using any browser... bummer.

                      We'll keep you guys posted on a fix. It looks like PC/Mac/Tablet playback is currently having the issue.

                        Update: Everything should be back up and working. If anyone has any trouble with streaming, please restart your browser or the application and give it a try.

                            It's been almost a week and I still can't watch any of my movies. I've logged in and out many times, restarted my machine and I've tried a different web browser. This if frustrating and If I buy these movies and can't watch them, what's the point. Could someone help please.

                              I am getting this error now! I downloaded a movie and i can't even watch it. It isn't working at all and i have a brand new computer so it isn't my computer!When is this issue going to be fixed?
