The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Bug in new version of Android App

    Bug in new version of Android App

    I have noticed a problem with the newest version of the Android app (4.1.71.19232_23_1).

    When I go to any season of Orphan Black, the Inside Orphan Black special features for each episode are missing.

    These special features appear when using the VUDU app for iOS, as well as when using the older 4.1.65.15831_23_1 release of the Android app.

    I haven't gone digging deeper yet, but this problem could very possibly affect some other TV shows, as well.

    FYI, this issue also affects Halt and Catch Fire.

    It appears that if a TV season has two episodes with the same episode number, then only the first one is displayed when using the newest version of the Android app.

      I'll look into it and notify the appropriate people. Anyone else seeing this on their Android device? If so, what movie/TV show?

        Can you please log out from your account on your Android device and log back in. I tried to replicate your issue and I can see all content, I used Orphan Black Season 2 as an example.

          No luck. Logging out didn't solve the problem. I then rebooted my device and cleared data and cache for the VUDU app and still have the problem. The only special features that show up for Orphan Black Season 2 are the E0 features. For each of the episodes above 0, I should be seeing two videos (the episode and the Inside Orphan Black special feature), but all that is showing is the episode.

          This is happening on three different Android devices: a Nexus 6P, a Nexus 7 and a Pixel C all running the latest version of Marshmallow.

          My Nexus 5, running the older version of VUDU app, displays the Inside Orphan Black features just fine.

            That's very odd, I'm using a Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) and it worked for me. I have already notified engineering and are looking into the issue right now.

              Hrm, that is indeed odd. I'll try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and see if that makes a difference.

                Reinstalling it did not help, I'm afraid to say. Problem still exists.

                      It looks like someone found and fixed the problem!

                      I just wanted to confirm that today's update to the app (4.1.76.19421) resolves the issue. Those missing special features are displaying once again.
