    Specific video not loading

    I wasn't sure where to put this. I get the same basic problem regardless of how I try to watch the video. If this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it, staff.

    The video in question is in Steven Universe, volume 6, "episode" 5, Lion 4: Alternate Ending/Doug Out. Basically, it does not load. At all. If I try to view it through a browser, it just continuously buffers without ever playing. If I try to view it from the Android app, I get the error "Encountered network error during playback." If I try to download on Android, I get the error "Download failed. Please try again later." If I try to view it from the Windows desktop app (Windows 7), I get the error "We are unable to connect to the content you've requested. We apologize for the inconvenience. [#7]" Trying to download the video through the Windows app seems to never get past the "Preparing to download..." message, though the app doesn't freeze.

    Other videos work just fine.

    At first I thought maybe there were too many people trying to watch it since it was just released, but from the error messages and the way it's acting, it sounds like there might be an issue with the video itself. Would someone in VUDU staff please look into this?

      The video is still having issues. I think it's safe to say that it's not a traffic issue.

        Okay, so I just noticed Lion 4/Doug Out is working (thank you!), but I also just noticed that S6 Ep7 I Am My Mom is not. (I probably didn't notice until now because I wanted to watch them in order.)

        It appears to be a different type of issue. If I look at it through the VUDU site, the 'Watch' and 'Download' buttons are missing. If I try to watch on the Android app, the 'download' button is missing; if I try to watch the video, it seems like it tries to load, but I just get a black screen (no video controls appear, and the app doesn't crash). If I try to download through the Windows app, I get the error "You have purchased this, but it is not available for download at this time." If I try to watch through the Windows app, I get the error "There was a problem playing this content."

        Would someone please look into this one, too?

          Yup, there was a problem with this one, should be available by tomorrow afternoon/evening.

            Hi - I am also getting the same error on multiple platforms - both Amazon Fire Tablet and Windows 7 (trying to play -or- trying to download). Error is isolated to one episode. Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: Queen's Gambit (season 1 episode 5).

            Could it be my account?

              For starters, the Vudu app does not officially support any Amazon tablets, so use at your own risk. Check to make sure you don't have more than 8 devices activated onto your account.

                  I am experiencing the same problems as described in the title of this thread. My library includes the complete HDX collection of Harry Potter videos. I watched Harry Potter 6 just last night. Today I can load 1-2 and 7 part 2 without any problems in both SD and HDX on my Android tablet. I can even watch the rest of the series in SD. However any time I try to play or download 3-6 and 7 part 1 in HDX it tells me "Encountered network error during playback".

                  I'm somewhat new to Vudu and hope this is the right way to get support. I didn't see a ticket system in the app. I can't even access my forum profile from my computer browser; I can from my tablet, but any time I try to access it from my browser it says I don't have access. xD
