bourne ultimatum - HD cannot be watched right away?

Well, after months of waiting I happened to notice the Bourne Ultimatum under the most watched category on my stb. It says it is available in HD, but when I went to rent it, the screen informs me it won't be ready to watch for 90 minutes.

What is happening? My network checks out fine and I checked dozens of other titles and all the HD's are in a "ready to watch state". I've never had this issue before. Can anyone explain the 90 minutes?

I ran the speed test on the vudu stb page and my download speed blew the doors off the ISP average. So I can't blame my provider or my network.

Upload Speed: 3436 kbps (3.4 Mbps)

I'm not 100% sure but I have a pretty good theory...

The bad news - that movie may not be instant like all of the other HD movies in the service would be with your broadband speed. That was in fact the first movie VUDU encoded in HD, and the encoder wasn't quite as well tuned as it is now, so the bitrate is significantly larger than the usual HD.

The good news - the bitrate/quality is pretty close to our HDX version, so you got a $4.99 rental for $3.99
