Thanks VUDU allowing Credits for new users!!

i just purchased the BD-C5500 and always heard about vudu. After looking over it for sometime in samsung apps i decided to hit the button to glance over it thinking it was another service looking for a hand out. But i noticed they promoted a free movie rental and that engaged me to seek more information so i signed up and it was TRUE!! i had $5.99 credit in my account to watch a movie! seeing this made me want to explore and i noticed the movies streamed in 1080p using HDX rentals.

Basically my point is that VUDU you guys are going to get alot of business by allowing the credit on the accounts for promotional purposes because you sure have a customer in me for as long as your service runs! THANKS VUDU!!

I just got the C5500 as well and took advantage of the free credit. For some reason, the movie I chose (new release) only came in 2ch stereo. My Comcast box On Demand comes in DD 5.1, so not sure why this would happen.

Is it a setting I am missing or was it the specific movie?

What was the name of the movie you chose? Also, what is the device ID of your VUDU player.
