    On my Panasonic Blu-ray player, I have to say that I liked the old interface better. The only thing I had wished it had was a page down/up key to more quickly browse through the list on the left of the screen.

    The new interface is better in that respect, in that showing several rows of tiles, it's easier to scan quickly through.

    The problem comes when I want to see the synopsis of the movie. With the old interface, I merely had to stop on it while it was highlighted. With the new, I actually have to click in to see the description. Then hit return to back out.

    I think there is entirely to much reliance on the return button to navigate the new interfaced. This is made worse by the tabbed style of navigation at the top of the screen.

    The Netflix interface now seems more comfortable than Vudu, and I didn't used to feel that way.

      For example Salt genres are classified as Action, Suspense, Crime - but I can only search one category at a time in 2.0 or Brazil.

      This should be a simple fix IMO.
      2nd that - being able to search just one genre make browsing tooooo long!!!

        I actually think there's not enough reliance on the return button (on the BX100, at least). This UI seems like it's designed for some other remote than the BX100 wheel and buttons. It's too easy to get lost with the scroll wheel, if you turn it too far you can get completely lost in some section of the menu you didn't intend to go to, and turning the wheel back in the opposite direction doesn't get you back to where you were. This comes from the wheel navigating up (and sometimes, but not always, down) as well as left/right. This also makes a poor interface to the "tomatometer" ratings (which I don't pay much attention to anyway); even though the negative ones are "right there", the only way to get to the negative ones is to scroll all the way through the positive ones (and it's not obvious how many positives I'll have to go through before it jumps to the negatives). I also don't like the multiple rows of tabs, it's not obvious enough where you are in all this (whether you're still selecting tabs, or something below the tabs). Too often, I find myself making wrong selections due to the multiple rows of tabs and the way the BX100 wheel navigates through them. I like the old UI better (including the category selection options), it was more compatible with the BX100 remote. I feel like us BX100 users are slowly being left by the wayside as the service is optimized for other devices.
