Vudu support is a crock!

    Vudu support is a crock!

    Wrote them about a movie I rented and never was able to watch due to "network errors" and vudu was the only thing I was having problems with even with a SD video.

    So all I asked was if I could get an extended viewing or my money back and they respond giving me a WHOLE list of crap I have to do before even considering anything. So I wrote them back saying nevermind cuz all that trouble isn't worth the $2 which I'm assuming is the reason why they ask you to do ALL that.

    And now I get a email back saying that since they haven't received a response they are assuming that I got it all figured out.

    I think I'm I'm just going to give up on vudu. That's all a bunch of bull ****. Couldn't just give me an extention on the viewing to what till the "network errors" were gone! SCREW YOU VUDU!

      Please go away. Gripe Gripe Gripe. I have nothing but praise for Vudu support. Not to say there are not problems,but at least they listen and respond. Real classy the screw you! Thanks again Vudu

        Well GOOD FOR YOU! Now I rent a movie and there's no sound at all! Other movies I play on there have sound now this one I just spent $5 on has none.

          When this happens, stop the movie and exit VuDu. Turn the unit off. Give it a minute ot two, then go back in and start the movie again. Worked for me the one or two times I've encountered it. (Happens with NF occasionally also.)

                I have had to use Vudu support and found that it is extremely easy. Honestly they need to know these things because it could be a problem on their end that needs to be resolved. I had an issue with a movie with no sound and it was an issue that they were aware of and took care of it. By all means do as they ask cause it may help someone else not have the same issue, if you do figure it out on your end let us know!!
