Re: New VUDU Bonus Code for Movie Credits -- Maybe

It's very annoying... I have a bunch of $5 and $10 credits that are about to expire but I can't use them...

Some people are selling them on e-bay.

Are you allowed 5 codes at different price values?
        I redeemed 5 at $10
        Can I redeem 5 at $5?

Try it but I doubt it. The code is still good after it's rejected but you'll have to pass it one to someone else. After redeeming a couple $10 an $5 codes I tried to redeem my first $1 code, yes $1 but it was rejected. Think of the person that entered five $1 codes and now he's done.

We still beholden to the 5 per account? Any updates?

Not sure, but I know I redeemed some credits last year, and just did five $5 credits in the past month. So, it may reset annually, or arbitrarily at a whim.

Not sure myself. But I was surprised to get a reset a few months back as few. No idea what the policy is.

There is an article on the Support site:
                  https://vudu.custhelp.com/app/answer.../155/kw/credit

please note that you are limited to five (5) promotions on your account. If you are trying to redeem more than 5 promos, the code will fail the redemption process

And I'm saying I'm now over five during a year-and-a-half of use, so it's unclear if it is for each specific type of code. The first ones I redeemed were $1-$2, this last batch was all $5 codes from the Star Trek double packs at WM. but, for sure don't count on ever getting additional codes to work after redeeming five.

It doesn't reset. You can do 5 $5 codes, 5 $10 codes, and 5 $4 codes. I have done them myself. I even had support tell me how many I had left.

Would the $4.99 codes fall into the $5.00 bracket, or are they considered different?
