That is exactly my point...what is the purpose of your posting? It had nothing to do with the topic of my thread, which is about the idea to allow us to create collections/bundles in an effort to make it easier for us to find our movies.

My point, as I've often tried to convey, is that Vudu does not owe you a response in a set amount of time, or even at all, on every issue/concern/whim that you have. I've seen Vudu respond to enough of your suggestions to know that thet they do pay attention here. They have a list of priorities. They'll address your issue when it's turn comes. I'm trying to help you see that.

If you want to "help" then either support the ideas presented in threads or offer other solutions...but do NOT pollute our threads with comments that do not support the topic of the thread.

As a customer I do feel like I deserve a response and I will keep going until I either get a response or find a better service out there to use. You have made it very clear that you think Vudu doesn't need their customers and can do whatever they want (and not do whatever they don't want to do). Any idiot knows that is true, but anyone with a little common sense knows that in an industry that is about to have plenty of competition it is not very wise to ignore your customers or give them the cold shoulder. Any customer has a right to ask for things and every customer deserves a response.

I also entered a 'case' for this feature request. For others interested in a feature like this, I will let everyone know what they say.

Am I missing something? Where did I say Vudu doesn't need customers? No company can survive without customers to buy their products and services. For you to suggest I said otherwise is completely inane.

Here's a little flowchart for you: You request a feature from Vudu (or any other company in the world). If that company likes your feature, they will most likely acknowledge. I doubt most companies would give you a firm commitment. They would probably say something along the lines of seeing what they can do in the future.

Let's assume the company is not interested in your suggestion. If they state that they are not interested, then they are setting themselves up for a debate. You most certainly would ask them, "Why not?" and not settle for anything less than an answer that you consider to be acceptable (which would be getting the company to change their mind, and agree to implement your suggestion.) This creates a loop, where you keep trying to convince a company to implement your idea, and the company has no intention of doing so. This is a huge waste of time for a company that has no intention of implementing a particular idea. It is far easier and more efficient for the company not to respond to a suggestion they are not interested in, even if that elicits future requests for the same idea.

It is also possible that Vudu does like your idea, but it is too far down their list of priorities to address now, and continually providing updates to you when you feel you need them.

I like the root of your idea. Vudu may not agree for any number of reasons.

Vudu, here is another customer who likes the idea of being able to create collections or bundles in order to better organize our movies.

You see, it isn't that hard to stay on topic...of course I had to strip out all your other off-topic and pointless comments.

What? No insults? Or are pointless comments reserved for your other thread?
