    Took my money and didn't provide

    I just purchased Zero Dark Thirty and after trying 3 different HDMI cables, reconnecting internet, and verifying settings, I finally gave up trying to watch it. Video was great, audio was missing.

    What bothers me most is that there is no real Customer Service Support. No email contacts or chat representatives and the contact information is for everything but Billing and Accounting or Tech Support.

    Very frustrated with Vudu. The least they could do is put a refund request ticket system in place for videos that are corrupted.
