    Movie Interuption

Anyone have any idea on why the movie is contantly being interupted? This annoyance is more than I can take, I will take my money and business elsewhere if this matter isnt resolved.

    Hi Buzz,

Please give our support staff a call so we can get a case started and get you a refund for your non-watched content.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'interruption' exactly. I have found my Roku can be prone to rebuffering, and my bx100 will sometimes just randomly reboot itself during a movie. In both cases I've found that power cycling the device just before I want to watch seems to avoid the problems. Not terribly convenient...though not that big a deal either.

Not sure if that helps or not.

I too am suffering the same malady. Have been for a few weeks. At first I blamed it on Comcast but they've checked my service out 3x now and I've been getting at minimum 20mbps and can get up to 30mbps now. I constantly speed test and that is not the issue. I've keep getting the message "Unable to start playback. Please contact Vudu customer service." Once I go out of playback and restart the movie it plays for awhile then does the same thing again. Sometimes it only happens once, and sometimes it happens 4-5-6 times and is VERY ANNOYING! It did it only once tonight playing Wreck-it Ralph and has done it 3x so far during Rise of the Guardians. Now that I see a telephone number to call I will be using it!

I have problems with the xbox app quitting constantly saying the vudu service is unavailable. It works fine on Roku though, so I think it may be app-oriented.
