Downloading OWNED movie content on VUDUtoGo

I have been trying to work with support now for 3 months to be able to download my owned movies on VUDU via VUDUtoGO. I have been unable to download any content for more than 8-9 months, getting the error "There was an problem downloading your content. Please trying again later. I've tried different browsers; uninstall all the Adobe's and VUDUtoGO. Recently I was asked to run a test on my system and email the results via an attachment to them which I did. Now I have not got a reply for more than 10 days. I'm only trying to down the movies to my computer.....no particular device. I have IPads and Galaxy Tab 2 which I was going to use them on. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having a downloading problem?

If you intend to watch downloads on those devices, you must use their download feature. The current format for Vudu downloads does not allow for any copying or sharing of files (not even two computers on the same network using the same download directory). Once the CFF is released this should be resolved.

Shoffy, do you have a family member or good friend you trust who has a laptop? If I had this problem, I'd ask them to bring it over, install Adobe AIR and VuduToGo, and see if they can download over your network. Then, if they can't, ask them to take the laptop home and try it there. That will help determine whether the issue involves your computer configuration or your network (firewall, etc.), which would narrow it down a lot.

You will have to give them your Vudu password for the second part, so make sure it's someone you trust.

Alternatively, if you have a laptop, you could try using VuduToGo from a network other than your home network to rule that part out.

        Hope this helps.

Ive had something similar. If when downloading via wifi you lose the connection even for 1 second, the whole process gets ruined and gives you the same error. Try a direct line instead of wifi if you havent already. Hope this helps.
