I am glad VUDU put these in the library...they are still funny today...who's on first, what's on second, I don't know on third.
I used to have a sheet hung on the wall in my basement when I was a kid and I would watch old 8mm movies projected onto the sheet.
    My first home theater!
I was surprised when I found some of the movies that I used to own on Vudu. One of them was a short be WC Field's called The Dentist and also one called The fatal glass of beer. It brought back memories and I actually purchased the dentist for 4.99. I also found an old silent film by Buster Keaton on Vudu that I used to own also called The General.
I never would have imagined when I used to watch these movies in my basement that someday I would have a device in my home where I could not only watch current day movies but also movies from the past all at the touch of a button. I also didn't expect this when I originally purchased the Vudu. I like the mix of the old and the new. I would like more current movies faster don't get me wrong but it is getting better.

And they do have the bowery boys. I found these movies:
The East Side Kids :Bowery Blitzkrieg
    Pride of the Bowery
    Million Dollar Kid
The East Side Kids: Mr Wise Guy

Another "vote" for any Marx Brothers movie, I'd definitely rent or buy them...and I also had a couple of Abbott & Costello movies on 8mm that I played at home on an old projector when I was a kid, but that was just something to do on a rainy Sunday, but I might have to give them another look.

Max I didn't know you did 8mm also. I used to have a projector in my bedroom when I was young. Used to buy Popeye and others for about 50 cents a reel for about 5 minutes of entertainment....Thats were I got all my cartoon education.

Oh yeah, classic geekery, doing A/V in ES. (My HS used VCRs, a big disappointment to me, as we had no projectors on which to "train" each other to run the projector...by watching cartoons on 8mm. No idea where we got those, I haven't seen that since.)
