I purchased the walking dead pre-order. The code is invalid. What is up with this? I had no trouble with the anchorman codes!

I tried to purchase the blu-ray combo pre-order at the Walmart in Hawaii and the code was unable to activate as well.

Happened to my attempt to pre-purchase Enders Game blu-ray and Catching Fire blu-ray...

Mandella blu-ray was the last one that actually worked for me. They need to get their act together. Getting tired of being charged and then credited back 5 days later.

Actually, a lot of times these codes are released before the content is released, and I think Vudu can't add it to your account until it's available to watch. Has anyone redeemed a code for a movie that they couldn't watch right away?

Anyway, from what I've seen here in the forums, they almost always get the code working before (sometimes just before) you're supposed to be able to watch it. Don't panic...have you submitted a ticket?

The purchase would not even go through the register. They will not give you the code if the purchase doesn't go through. An automated ticket is generated at the register in store that states unable to validate and then it gets charged to your card if you paid that way, or cash is given back and you are not able to get your product, but they will not give you the card if it doesn't work.

At least it is that way here in Hawaii.

Went back to the local walmart and saw the blu-ray prepaid card for Walking Dead Season 4 again on the shelf. Thinking the promotion was working now, I attempted to purchase and yet again was denied. Here comes another sams club credit refund... This is really beginning to suck.

They said they would call VUDU and let me know what is going on.
