    Divergent in store pre order missing features.

    I purchased the in store Divergent Preorder and on the card it says get access to go behind the scenes, as well as the look of divergent featurette bonus materials with the sneak peak. After redeeming the code I only have the sneak peek. Under the new movies preorder tab where you could preorder there it shows these features under the movies but I don't have access there. They don't even show under my walmart preorder tab for the movie. What is the issue here? The purchase card clearly states this. Fix it.
    The amount of errors that have happened with preorders between movies not unlocking, disks not shipping till weeks after release, redeem options not showing till a week after release is getting crazy.

    Vudu please explain the missing features.

    Probably not available yet. Not everything is available right away with these pre-orders.

      The features show for the preorder under the new movies tab just not under the walmart preorder so they must be available now. The card makes it seem like redeem the code and watch these features now and the movie 2 weeks before release. Can someone from Vudu at least explain when or what the preorder comes with. I sent a support case with attached images of the card but no one responded.
      Im just ticked because I wasn't given the breaking bad bonus episodes, after you guys messed up the redeem and didn't have the option for a week after release. I had to redeem elsewhere which I never do. When i emailed you guys about it you told me no I cant have them since I redeemed elsewhere. The problem with that is because of this, even though i own the breaking bad episodes, the season shows the purchase option since I don't have the bonus episodes. This confused my wife and she almost purchased it again. When I asked to seperate the bonus stuff and make the season show as owned like you do with movies, your rep said that's how it will show and will stay. Not very friendly. So Im leary on getting screwed on these now.

        The movie also shows and that clearly is not available yet to watch.
        The card says pre-purchase now and get exclusive go behind the scenes and exclusive...
        So technically it says Buy now and you will get the features, but it does not say explicitly when the features will be available.

        But yeah I know it is misleading. I don't see these pre-orders ever being worth the problem anymore.

          It is confusing. All the problems ive had with vudu mostly relate to these preorders. Hunger games 2 not unlocking was another example. When i preordered True Blood they oversold them and didnt ship mine till 2 weeks after. Couldnt redeem to even watch as they said i had to wait for the disk. Yet the stores had tons of em. Defeats the whole point of a preorder. Lol Site is great but maybe I should sit these preorders out for now on. The card descriptions are vague on some of them. Guess ill have to wait and see.
          Was going to buy the new jack ryan movie but the audio shows as stereo. The movie was released this year how can it not have 5.1. Wonder if that will change on release date.

              Update: Surround sound is being added for Shadow Recruit. It should be available later on this week.
