Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     We found out what caused this issue. Should have a resolution in place by tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

    Yeah it does, but the point is UV status was removed and I was responding to Luzringgold's post speculating it only applied to new purchases.

    No, it should show up on ALL UV retailers. This is how UV is supposed to work...part of that total "freedom" thing.

    I think the title is simply reflecting the current status of the movie as it pertains to those who currently do not own the movie and want to buy it now. Like the Vudu search engine, it doesn't discriminate between a current owner vs a non-owner of the movie. What I mean is that for those of us to already owned the movie, it's still UV for us. The Vudu website just will not show us the "UV" because their app isn't smart enough to know that it is "UV" for us. Just like their search engine isn't smart enough to show us a movie we own if that title is currently unavailable to be purchased or rented on Vudu. At least, this is what I am thinking...it's the ONLY thing that makes sense.

    I got the same message as well. Still shows in my Vudu but the UV logo is indeed gone.

    It should show up on whatever vendor account it was purchased from. In my case, I purchased it on CinemaNow so it still shows up there. If you purchased it from Vudu then it should still show up there.

    Could this simply be that the status has changed and the Extended Edition is no longer UV for any new purchase of that title? Could it be that the UV logo simply applies to new purchases and doesn't reflect the rights of anyone who actually owns it with UV rights? ...similar to when a movie disappears from Vudu and you cannot find it doing a search, even though you own it.
    I own the movie and it is not showing UV for me on Vudu and it does not show up in my cinemanow account or Targetticket account.

    Anybody else get the same?
    I just got this message too. It still shows up in my Vudu account and I can watch it. The UV logo is gone. I guess the studio decided this version could no longer be UV? It kind of scares me that something that was UV would stop being UV. I don't own the theatrical version, but I noticed it doesn't show up as UV either. That is very strange that 'Part 1' (both theatrical and extended) is the only film in the series that isn't UV. All of the other films in the series are UV and eligible for D2D.

    It's not on my Vudu library either but it is on CinemaNow and that's where I purchased it. It must be another U/V bungle?
