Need Support - Movies Disappearing - Vudu - MA

    Thank you! I'm so happy I found this thread. I was having an issue with a single title "Logan Lucky" (was initially appearing in M.A. and vendors just fine and then suddenly not). Yesterday, at the advice of Zarahnaaz (Movies Anywhere) I was told to go the unlink UV route and it totally messed things up. Now, I'm missing 35 titles that are present in VUDU but not visible across M.A. They are as follows:

    I had a back-forth with Keaton (Movies Anywhere) and a person on the phone at VUDU support. Keaton said that the missing titles were shown as "Refunded" on their end. The VUDU support guy was baffled that M.A. could see anything and noted that all titles in VUDU should be feeding into M.A. okay. Basically, one blamed the other for the issue. I asked for M.A. to use their backend tools to disconnect my VUDU account - hoping that would solve the issue - now I cannot reconnect ("Unable to connect. Please try again or contact Movies Anywhere Customer Service").

    I'm super frustrated because I received the same run around when I reported the issue, last month, and now it seems like they are trying to blame VUDU for the issue.

      I have more then 250 plus missing from my account after initial transfer where Vudu have flagged them as refunded. I had also like to know if there is going to be a fix, to me it looks like unlinking causes vudu to trigger a flag and set it as refunded but then it never sets it back as active when re-linked.

        Felipe, any updates on the supposed fix you mentioned last week? Lots of folks claiming Movies Anywhere support has become a dead end or worse yet, telling customers no fix is in the works and we're out of luck. Perhaps you can ping them again for an update?

          I'm hearing that this is happening only with people who have shared accounts. I don't have any shared account and I'm not missing any movies.

            Did you unlink/refresh your UV account to Vudu? This is how it happens.

                I don't have any shared accounts and am missing hundreds of movies from MA.

                    Potentially encouraging news from MA support... pinged them today via chat to see if there's been any progress on this issue and the rep assured me they were getting close -- possibly within a week or so -- then followed up a few hours later with this email:

                    "This is Michael from Movies Anywhere. I just wanted to write you a follow up email in regards to the missing titles situation. Currently, our team is still working on this fix as we had talked about earlier today. It does seem like we are getting closer to getting this resolved. So I will continue to keep a watch out for updates and news. From there I will do my very best to keep you updated! I want to thank you so much for your patience, while all of this is getting sorted out. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know."

                      Looks like our long national nightmare is over! Did a routine unlink/relink of my VUDU account with MA today, and to my surprise what appears to be all of my 650+ missing titles starting pushing back to Amazon, Google Play, and iTunes. Took 15 or 20 minutes for everything to refresh, but seems like either VUDU or MA has "fixed the glitch," to borrow a line from OFFICE SPACE. It's a Christmas miracle! LOL Kudos to whoever is responsible for getting things back to normal.

                        Didn't work for me still missing the 650+ movies......

                        I take it back, just got back from the Last Jedi and all movies have returned!!!!
