The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    It's been nearly 5 days since my case(#141116-000377) was opened and I have yet to receive any response. VUDU gave me the wrong Tarzan movie(I bought the Lionsgate's 2014 version, but was given the 1999 Disney one instead) and the SD copy of The Flintstones(1994) instead of HDX after buying the Blu-ray.

    These should be easy fixes, VUDU. What gives?

    There is for sure. I bought them through another vendor and only one of them came through but all of them show up on other UV retailers sites just not Vudu.

    I think there is something wrong with Vudu and the Leprechaun movies in general. I used the code at Flixster and some weren't porting into Vudu... Then they were... now they aren't again. Still waiting on a ticket for that, too.

    Oh good to know. Saw Complete DVD provides all Unrated but the individual unrated BDs provide rated.

    Zodiac (Paramount) gave me the director's cut version. That's the only one I've seen work so far for the unrated /extended/director's cut.

    Has anyone tried the Man With No Name trilogy films to see if they import? Those are three of my most wanted on Vudu and they're no longer available for purchase on here.

    So far every Universal title gives SD despite buying BD, Lionsgate provides the Rated version not Unrated even when UR is UV.

    Great, I am so glad the experiment worked for you as well, so congratulations to you too, for adding a classic to your library.

    Now that I can see that this process works, I will most probably pick up titles like this that are not available otherwise, hopefully there are more and more made available.

    Thank you for pointing out that it was available through Insta-Watch this morning, I spend a little while digging through the pages to find it. Was surprised when it populated and was available, so I really do Thank You as well for the information and ability to add it to my collection.
    I woke up this morning to find a second email and the movie in my account. It shows o be a UV title. Very happy!

    My last order did not get an email. Sin City: A Dame To Kill for and Zodiac. Actually it's about 4 orders that I did not get an email for but I'm just letting those orders die at the store.
