This is the post I referred to when I posted that. Somewhere at Walmart.com, you can find an Instawatch section. I guess it lists all available titles.

Call me stupid (please don't) but I'm looking at the Wal-Mart website and I don't see any instawatch logo on any movie. Where exactly are you looking for and what exactly does the logo look like? Not that I use it...I buy from Best Buy mostly but every once in a while I find something in the $7.88 bin I need.

You can watch it on the way home. Just don't text and drive. That's dangerous!

The MGM titles that have the IW logo Walmart 's site says it comes with an InstaWatch copy.

At my Walmart, the only InstaWatch thing I have seen is one small triangular signage in one spot in the entertainment section. The InstaWatch stickers are pretty much non-existent in my store. So, I find it easier to narrow down the IW eligible titles by looking at the studios, that are listed in the InstaWatch webpage, that participate in this program and that it comes with a UV/Vudu/itunes code sheet with the movie title. However, many of the titles that come with a Vudu promo and aren't UV on Vudu don't seem to be eligible for IW.

It would be great if Walmart made a feature in their app for the InstaWatch program where someone could scan the movie's UPC code in the app to see if the BD/DVD item is eligible or not. Especially, since this works by the barcode versus the title of the movie.
I agree. I haven't actually seen an instawatch logo in store, so I look online to see what's eligible and buy in the store. It works a lot of the time, but the few times it hasn't seems to be the titles that I REALLY wanted digital copies of.

There isn't much I can do, the UPC's were changed to reflect a sales price and are not approved by the studio for the Instawatch service. I think most of these came with digital redemption codes as well.

Bummer. Unfortunately not a single one came with a digital code, which was my main reason for purchasing them. I had them on DVD but wanted to add them to my digital collection or else I'd have just kept the DVDs. Thanks for the help with the other issue. I appreciate it. I get how it works, however I agree with a previous poster that consumers purchase by title not UPC, so it makes it a little challenging. Not your fault though. Just some input. Again, thanks for all your help.

...which is an insanely stupid and confusing way of doing things, with all due respect. Consumers purchase by title and NOT by UPC #.

So far I have not received any Instawatch confirmation, and I can't seem to find it listed in the Insawatch section on Walmart.com (though the page is not the easiest way to look, without searching or alphabetical listings.)

I really wish Walmart or Vudu would publish an easy to use definitive list of eligible titles, without requiring customers to blindly buy titles and hope for the best.
