Add me to the list of purchasing the Indiana Jones movies and not getting them added via Instawatch.

          Re: Walmart.com and Instawatch

More Instawatch problems today. Three Blu-rays I purchased in-store(Enemies Closer, Reasonable Doubt, and Blood Ties) were given to me in SD instead of HDX(Reference #141128-001520). And I had a previous ticket(Reference #141116-000377) that was closed without a resolution even though I sent the VUDU rep the pictures she requested.

Is VUDU actually dealing with these issues or they pretending they don't exist?

I know the feeling. I tried to point out an issue in their app, but I was completely ignored. I suppose they think a problem can't exist if they won't acknowledge it.

              Re: Walmart.com and Instawatch

I ordered Red, Annie, Joe and Rover. All showed to be available online, including Rover,Red and Annie available for same day pick up locally. All showed up in my VUDU library almost immediately. Within an hour I received a message that all except Joe had been removed from my library because I "returned" them. No order cancellation email. Then I received a separate email from Walmart telling me that my order for Rover was being shipped to my local store. But nothing returned to my library. No idea if the order was cancelled and have seen no refund. This makes four InstaWatch orders out of five put in my library and then removed. Think I will stay on the sidelines a while.

Decided to look into this a bit more. Walmart canceled my order for Red and Annie, but not Rover. On Rover, they emailed that they would ship to the Walmart store. I decided to try one other option - since we have two Walmarts, I placed the same order at the other store. It would not let me order anything except Rover, which it immediately put in my VUDU library and then almost as quickly deleted it due to my "return" (Walmart canceled).

No refund on any of the canceled orders. Am a little miffed they indicated the item was in stock and accepted the order and my payment and then almost immediately canceled but did not refund.

I did open a ticket with VUDU support to see if I can get Rover reinstated since it was not canceled.

No response to my ticket but Rover appeared back in my account today.

I decided just to do a D2D conversion of Red. Picked up a Bluray and attempted to convert at home and was unable to do so because VUDU 2 Go says I already have HDX of Red in my library. I double checked - it is still deleted and not in my library. Opened a ticket to see if VUDU can help me.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I checked and it does not appear in my library at UVVU.com

Of course it may well be there but just not available for me to see. I note that I also cannot find Red 2 in my UVVU library, and it is in my VUDU library with the UV logo.

Decided to try the store purchase as an alternative to online Instawatch. Purchased 11/29 and entered added receipt to Savings Catcher but no sign of any movies in VUDU yet.
