    Any idea why the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series hasn't been able to play the last couple nights? Thank you for any information..

    I streamed the second season finale of Buffy last night on my Chromecast. Didn?t have any problems with it.

      Okay, so the episode in question "Anne" from Season 3 Episode 1 won't play on either of my XBoxs but plays on my phone. So after getting frustrated with trying to watch that episode, I went to Season 3 Episode 2 and that is playing fine on my XBox One.

          I don't understand what is wrong, I have tried other shows and movies on my Vudu account and they work fine, but Buffy isn't working at all. It won't play episode 2 now, I get a message that says Network Error: Unable to stream this movie at the due to a network error. Please try again a little later. I have been receiving this message since I posted this thread, I just assumed there was a problem with that one episode.

            have your tried running it through another device besides your phone/xbox...... like a roku, smart tv app, bluray player app, etc?....

              I only have my XBox One, XBox One X, and phone. I haven't bought a SmartTv/4k television yet, waiting for my tax return. And, I don't own a bluray player anymore with the XBoxs, I gave that to my parents. But anyway, it seems to be paying fine on my phone but it's messing up on both of my XBoxs, with that message. I am going to do the unplugging thing and see if that works, other than that I have no idea why it keeps getting that message. Maybe someone from Vudu can chime in? I'm in the middle of a rewatch and it's frustrating.

                perhaps there is some type of firewall giving your problems? ....are you hard wired or going through your wifi?

                    Make sure you are on version 2.0.84.70 on your Xbox Vudu app. This new version resolves the buffering issue many were previously experiencing.

                      It is that version, Felipe. And, last night I watched two movies on My Vudu so it must be something wrong with just Buffy.

                              Any update, Felipe? Season three is still not working on my XBoxs, I have had my sister try my Vudu account on her television and season three works fine on there. As I suggested in a prior post, should I try deleting the app, and redownloading it on my XBoxs?
