Vudu Mismatches Master List (UV, Definition, Redemption & ALID)

This spreadsheet is to track mismatched UV status, MA status, and SD/HD discrepancies between Vudu and other providers. ALID and redemption issues are also tracked but I still need to improved how they are tracked in the sheet. I am also going to add UHD mismatches soon but for now it is still not included.

This sheet is my attempt to consolidate my own findings with list from several other sources into one easy to use spreadsheet. The other sources (probably 75%+ of the titles on my list!) are primarily forum topics with lists maintained by Rex Strother and dunnvudu. Thank you both!

Criteria: (So far.)

• Non-UV at Vudu, UV Elsewhere
• Non-MA at Vudu, MA Elsewhere
• SD at Vudu, HD Elsewhere
• HDX at Vudu gives SD at myUV
• Vudu Code Problems
• ALID Problems
• Other Problems & Notes

There are filters setup for each of these so that you can look at mismatches for just that criteria if you like. (More filters coming soon.)

I've incorporated MA and added significantly more titles.

Edit: I just realized that I added some titles from one of my outdated SD at Vudu, HD elsewhere lists. So there may be a few on there that shouldn't be. Sorry, I'm trying to fix it.

I've reworked the sheet to better work with MA mismatches, added a few more titles and added more thorough notes for titles with codes that have no redeem option at Vudu. I still need to clean up the titles that shouldn't be there and are fixed now, but there shouldn't be too many.

I just added Fairy Tail Zero to the sheet. Not only is there no option to redeem the code at Vudu, it doesn't appear that it's even available at Vudu at all yet.

Here's an outstanding ALID issue for you. VUDU has two episodes listed twice (in two separate locations on VUDU.com) with different ALIDs. So if you purchase the content in one place, you have to purchase the content a second time in another place if you don't want to have to nav back-and-forth thru your collection.

This is the same content. Same resolution. VUDU is just asking users to purchase it twice.

My copy of Happy Feet Two is only accessible from FandangoNow. It's in my myUV account (bought/redeemed via Flixster), but isn't porting into Vudu. Not sure if ALID issue or just something screwy with my UV account.

I would contact Flixster about this. Even though they are closed in the US they can still fix old mismatch issues.

• Happy Feet Two - Possible ALID mismatch with Flixster.
• The Vanishing of Sidney Hall - Not UV at Vudu. Shows UV on code insert.

the Hollars. Digital code redeemed at Sony comes into UV but won't port into VUDU.

Community Season 1 purchased at FandangoNOW. All episodes show in UV locker although oddly 3 episodes do not port into VUDU.

Could be FN issue. Missing Episodes are:

I would contact Flixster about this. Even though they are closed in the US they can still fix old mismatch issues.

I emailed last night and got a response that the issue has been addressed but as of yet I don't see any change at Vudu. I can see it was deleted or replaced in my UV account and has a new purchase date listed.
