Folks
so as we know Vudu has some pretty neat specials, deals, sales that happen from time to time. A bunch of them will give you a percentage off your next purchase if you do something (buy a movie, rent a movie, ect) Which makes perfect sense. However on this last promotion when I got my percentage off coupon and tried to use it, I hit a "You reached the maximum number of redemptions allowed per account". So I created a support case which they just verified "At this time there is a limit of credit percentages off on Vudu that can be redeemed at this time."
But what I am really looking for is any documentation to say what this limit is, policy rules or any details. This way I can figure out when I maybe eligible again for such a deal. I don't want to go and buy something expecting to get to use a code, then finding out I can not.
When I looked at the stuff at the end of the percentage off coupon I did see this:
"Vudu enabled device and account required for digital viewing.
Must redeem by 6/28/2018 by 11:59pm PDT.
Credits must be used within 7 days from redemption.
This offer is non-transferable.
Movies are only available in the US and customers must be 18 years of age or older to open a Vudu account.
Limit one per customer.
Eligible for use on ONE title on Vudu.
Credit cannot be used on Disc + Digital, Pre-Orders, or Mix & Match purchases.
This email is a Vudu service message.
Please note that all product prices and availability are subject to change"
I did us a percentage off coupon at this start of their Wednesday deals they have going on. So perhaps that is the limit I hit..
Just was curious if anyone else has hit this limit, or knows where there is some documentation that explains it in a bit more detail? Again I think these are some great ideas and love when I can get a deal. Just trying to figure out all the rules so I make the best choice possible
