Now the question is can we upgrade from HDX to UHD without full purchase price?

They must have realized they let the cat out of the bag too soon and deleted the page. Does anyone who loaded it still have it in their browser cache? If so maybe you could screenshot it? It was quite a nice site.

I'd put the odds at 0.01% that we get free upgrades to 4K. One can dream...

Free? I'd settle for discounted upgrades! Like $2.50 for SD to HDX or HDX to 4K, and $5 for SD to 4K would be awesome. At that price I'd probably upgrade everything I could within a few months, and I don't even own a 4K TV yet!

I just hope that you can buy upgrades....I won't be rebuying at full price to migrate from HDX to UHD.

Can I suggest that everyone reading this thread let VUDU know? They can't set the prices themselves, but they can let the studios know if they've heard from hundreds of customers that they are waiting for discounted quality upgrades.

                            HIGHLY unlikely, which sucks.

Obviously the 4k TV's with other 4k services built in will get this. IE: Vizio, LG, Samsung, etc.

For those of us with 4K TV's though which separate media receivers will support this without having to replace the TV. IE: Nvidia Shield Android TV, Roku 4, Apple TV Gen 4, etc ?
