    I have done everything in settings, looked at both my blue ray and my Vizio......no luck

    You should see the option to turn on CC when you're looking at the movie UI. If you have questions on how to turn it on, give us a call. (888)554-8838

      I agree with the OP. It shouldn't be that difficult and it's not obvious . . . I looked for it once, and couldn't find it. I believe I did stumble across the setting once (I think from my laptop rather than from my TV, but I can't be sure), but for the life of me I once again can't find it. You say "looking at the movie UI" - which movie UI: on my laptop or on my TV/Blu-ray player? Is it under "Movies & TV", or under "MyVudu-->Movies"? Can you post a screen shot of where this is?

        Looking at Vudu from my Roku 3, I see it as one of the options when pressing the Down arrow while watching the movie. I'm at work so can't send in a screen shot now.
