Batman the Animated Series - Episodes not Transferring to UV

Now that the complete Batman the Animated Series has been made UV all but the following three episodes have failed to transfer over to my UV locker:

From Season 3 one episode is not transferring:
* Episode 29: "Batgirl Returns"

From Season 4 two episodes are not transferring:
* Episode 9: "Love is a Croc"
* Episode 24: "Judgement Day"

Can someone please take a looksee? FelipeF can you help with this?

Something interesting happened.

My Vudu account had originally been linked to a different UV account. Let's call that UV account 1. However, I merged UV account 1 into another account. Let's call that UV account X. After the merger I no longer had access to UV account 1. It was essentially gone. However, all the movies and TV shows from UV account 1 transferred over to the UV account X which is what I wanted so I was happy.

Recently, I created a new UV account and linked it to my Vudu. Let's call that UV account 2. I didn't expect all my old movies and TV shows to transfer to UV account 2 because those were already part of UV account X's library. I only expected UV account 2 to get all new titles purchased moving forward.

However, and I don't know if it was in response to this help request, it looks like something caused all my old movies and TV shows to get pulled out of UV account X and inserted into UV account 2. Normally this would not be too big of a deal because all I would need to do is merge again. In other words, merge UV account 2 into UV account X.

The problem is that two of the movies that got yanked from UV account X were Universal titles: The Grey and The Last Starfighter. These two titles got yanked from UV account X but did not get re-deposited into UV account 2. I have essentially lost the UV licenses for these two movies. They were there this morning but now this afternoon they are gone.

Please help correct this issue.
