Android TV app is displaying movies in incorrect order when sorted by Purchase Time

    Android TV app is displaying movies in incorrect order when sorted by Purchase Time

    I have tried multiple devices and the movies are not in the correct order. My Vizio Smart TV's Vudu app shows them in correct order, same as displayed on the vudu.com website.

    I checked this on my device and the purchases are showing in the correct order when sorted by "Purchase Time". Could you give me some details of the movies you're seeing out of order so i can take a look?

      It's a complete mess. I just showed the top 2 rows on each device to compare, but even past that they're out of order. A full day had passed between the purchase of White Boy Rick and The Cutting Edge movies. A Bad Mom's Christmas was purchased a week ago. But the order is messed up on the Android TV app showing Bad Mom's Christmas as a more recent purchase than Cutting Edge, and I bought the 2 Cutting Edge movies at nearly the same time.

      The top screenshot is from looking at my library at Vudu.com, which is the correct order. It also shows the correct order on my Vizio's Smart TV app. My PS4 and Roku use the same app as the Vizio, so I assume they'd be correct on there as well. However, the bottom picture is of my Nvidia Shield TV (Android TV app) and that is completely out of order..

          Thank you DanielH It has to be an issue with the Android TV app (for Nvidia Shield TV). Not sure why this suddenly began to occur, and it's possible I just didn't notice it until my recent purchases got messed up. I think the app was updated about a week ago.

            I'm testing with the same build but don't see the issue. Could you PM me your Vudu account email address?
