This happened with Warm Bodies for me. I had to get a new code since mine was burnt due to no fix being done with the redeeming a UHD code.

Has anyone contacted a mod or someone on Vudu to take a look at this?

This needs to be addressed. According to the 4K redemption spreadsheet (4Ksheet.com), no code from the 4K release will redeem UHD. It also states to contact Lionsgate customer support for a new code. Can VUDU actually fix the issue on their end or will these codes always redeem HD no matter what? If a VUDU rep reads this, can you look into the situation and let us know if the codes from the 4K release will ever redeem in UHD quality?

Dredd 4K was the same way, in that it came with a code that would only ever redeem in HD, and you had to contact Lionsgate CS to get a new code that would redeem in UHD quality at VUDU. If that's what I need to do I'll do it, but I would rather sit on the code from the package and wait for VUDU to correct how it redeems at their site. Hassling with Lionsgate CS can be a pain at times.

FelipeF or JoeyK is there a fix being worked on for this so the digital codes from the 4K disc redeem on Vudu as UHD instead of HD? The title is UHD on Vudu.

As I've stated before, this is all dependent on the studio, not Vudu.

Understood but doesn?t Vudu reach out to them when there?s an issue?

Lionsgate provided me with a replacement code for this since my code was burnt. The max redemption states UHD but will my replacement code, that was issued to replace a code that came from the 4K Blu-ray actually redeem in 4K? Probably not. I am not going to burn a third code; this is the 2nd one that Lionsgate has given me for this same movie.

The problem is that Vudu doesn't give us any way of verifying how it is going to redeem a code.

Studio can say it's a UHD code, but the only way to find out is to redeem on Vudu and hope for the best. If it's not UHD, too bad. Code is already burned.

If Vudu allowed users to view what Vudu was giving before redemption (like MA does), there would likely be less pushback on Vudu for this.

No UV rights but my code did redeem UHD finally. Thank you Vudu for fixing this redemption.
