Ability to Add an Additional Category for Each Movie

What would be the possibility to be able to add a category(horror, action, family, romance...) for each of our movies. Something that could be done maybe when we rate the movies.

I would say that several movies in my library are miss-categorized.

For example, the Stephen King movie 1408 is categorized as a Drama. Sure, maybe if you look at it that way, but it is definitely a horror movie as well.

Another example is the Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. There is not one single category that all 4 of the movies are described as. One is action, family, adventure. Another is Action, adventure. Another is only family. I can not pull up one single category and have all 4 movies together.

Another is DiCaprio's Romeo and Juliette. It is listed only as a drama, that's fine but it is also a romance.

I wouldn't ask that someone go through and redo them to my personal opinion, but like I said if there was a way to add a category to the one's you have designated for them, it would be like filing them away in my own personal library. Whatever my personal preference of a category would be. I would always know where to find them.

I remember some thread that Vudu was using Gracenote for D2D, but I'm not sure who provides their content data. I doubt Vudu creates or maintains it.

I checked IMDB, Flixster, and RottonTomatos, and none of them list Pirates of the Caribbean as Family. Could be Disney provided I suppose.

There was a thread earlier that requested some folder/filtering options for folks with large libraries. If you have thousands of movies, it's near impossible to manage them.

Truth is this is superior platform and one that I prefer, but since this is the type of platform that everything is heading toward, one will have to imagine they will want to do the little things to stay ahead of their competitors in the market other than concentrating on their movie selection.
