No access to newly bought title

I'm starting to understand why I've been seeing all the negative posts about VUDU.

I just bought the Split/Glass bundle an hour ago. Started to watch Split first and after a few minutes I get the message "Connection issues are limiting playback. Switch quality to SD?" I choose "Switch to SD" and then it goes into an infinite screen with the loading symbol in the middle.

I have no problems with any of the other titles in my library. I watched Gods of Egypt less than 7 hours ago, and I can start up any of my other movies with no problems at all.

I have yet to be able to watch 10 minutes without interruption on the ones I JUST bought. If this continues I will be asking for a refund...if that doesn't work then I'll cut my losses, keep what's in my library that still work, and never buy anything else ever again...and this isn't even the first time that it's happened.

I can't even submit a proper Support ticket or E-mail Support, because every time I click on the pull-downs to search for the applicable listed categories the page freezes and I have to exit out of my browser completely in order to get VUDU working again.

I'm just so tired of all the BS with movies that I try to watch after buying them, and not having them work until a few days after.

So much for trying to relax before bed.

Both movies are on Movies Anywhere. If your Vudu account is connected to MA, you could watch on moviesanywhere.com. This doesn't solve the problems you're experiencing but might be the ticket for a peaceful night.

Our household watches hours and hours of Vudu across multiple devices daily and this time of issue almost never occurs. But it does happen.

FYI I have the same issue with most providers occasionally. Earlier this week it took multiple attempts to play Grand Tour on Prime Video, but all other services worked fine.

Last week I had similar issues connecting to Netflix.

The last two days Youtube has had issues refreshing preview videos, and maintaining playback without buffering.

In every one of these instances all other services checked at same time had no issues and internet tests reported excellent speed and latency so it was issue with only each particular service at the time.
