Are you referring to the old codes from years ago or the new TRILOGY code which is what this thread is about???? Because the other 2 titles DO REDEEM 4K UHD here on Vudu from that new 4K TRILOGY set that was just released. I think you're going off old info from the original releases.

I can confirm this as well FelipeF

Any updates on this? I'd rather not buy this box set until all the codes work. Does the code from the separate Star Trek Beyond 4k disc redeem correctly on Vudu? https://www.walmart.com/ip/Star-Trek...ra-HD/55271092

The individual 4K codes all redeem HDX.

edited: missed that he was asking about the individual releases as this thread is about the boxed "Kelvin Timeline" release recently

Same problem here, the Beyond code doesn't redeem on Vudu.

I emailed Paramount support and their response is less than useful.

"The Digital copy for Star Trek Beyond is only available in the HD format. Unfortunately, it?s not offered in the UHD format. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

                Thank you,
                Paramount Digital Copy Support"

I am half tempted to send it back to Amazon. If you are selling 4k media and the digital code doesn't work, it's a faulty product.

Paramount is the worst of all studios to make things right with regard to digital codes. I spent months and months trying to get them to give me a new UHD code for one of the Star Trek titles that was redeeming UHD after a couple of years but only redeemed HD at the time I purchased the disc. I had to call and speak with someone from the digital department and even then it took months after that. I think they finally gave me a new code because of all my pestering, otherwise they never would have done the right thing.

                  285 UHD
                  820 HDX
                  3 SD

This is now fixed. Star Trek Beyond from the 4K Trilogy release redeems 4k on Vudu.

It's fixed now! I guess the studio is allowing it to be set up for 4k redemption. Thanks Felipe.

The codes from THIS set get you the movies in UHD on Vudu.
                          https://www.amazon.com/Star-Trek-Tri.../dp/B07RX2K38M

Only Star Trek: Beyond includes extras though.

As per the discussion in the other thread, if you want the extras for Star Trek (2009) you need to also buy the standard Blu D+D bundle (it is cheaper than buying the HDX copies) to get the extras as they are only available in said bundle. The bundle is not available in UHD from Vudu.

If you buy the older, single movie UHD releases, the codes will only redeem in HDX on Vudu.
