The orange banner display bug is still 100% present in the Android app version and very frustrating. It effects both sale items and free to watch items.
I have attached two files - one is a screencap from the Android Vudu app and the other from Vudu on Chrome on the same device. Both from my wishist. And take about one minute apart.

Look in particular at 'Seems like Old Times' and 'Seduced and Abandoned' - on the app you will see they are listed as SALE on Chrome they are correctly not marked as they were not on sale.

I also have Star Trek Discovery and for example on the app it was marked 'FREE WITH ADS' which it was not of course.

    Very frustrating to deal with.

    Please fix this issue ASAP.

Sadly still an issue on every platform: ios/computer browsers. It sadly seems to be how Vudu wants to have things - sale banners that are less friendly/helpful than their predecessor. It seems to fall in line with their wish list that is in random order then the titles mix up/change as you scroll through. Pretty soon the entire website will no longer be user friendly. Guessing the potential boost in sales for having things working in a logical and user friendly manner isn?t much of a concern for Vudu...must be nice!

I'd just like to agree with a lot of the posters above me. I logged in today and saw the sales of the week. I then clicked on a few to see prices and realized they aren't really on sale, at least previously you can see the price at the outset and get a feel if any hit my price point. If you think I'm clicking on all of those to see the price you're nuts, I just logged out. I won't be back very much unless I'm looking for a specific title. Good luck getting your customers to frequent the site like they used to if you ever get around to fixing it.

Please...by all things holy...fix or get rid of the "orange sale" banners!!!

I want to spend some money on Vudu!! Hmmm, what to buy, Life of Pets 2 might be good, Godzilla: KotM is pre-ordered, MIB International?? Wait, 80's movie sale?!? I LOVE THE 80S!!!! Great there's an ACTION ICONS sale too....wait 240 movies in the 6.99 section, I've got around 2100 movies and these all have orange sale banners. Uh, I've got that one, and that one, and that one, that one, yeah, that one too....darn, this is taking too long. I've got better things to do.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX OR REMOVE THIS FEATURE!! IF IT WAS INTENDED TO INCREASE SALES, IT IS HAVING THE OPPOSITE EFFECT!!! In my case it is, anyway.

Been over a month & these are still a mess. As commented numerous times, we need the sale prices to show in the banners (as they did for 10 years), and we need them to disappear on owned titles. Any updates?

We all feel the pain on this one, been going on so long now I bet everyone just ignores those banners all together.
