Unusable Purchase History

Please add a way for us to download our full purchase history, or at least add a way for us to manually skip to whatever page we want so we don't have to go through one page at a time. We can't even skip ahead to a specific page. It would make it so easier if we could download it or at least skip ahead by manually entering page 100, for example. But we can only click through one page at a time. We need to be able to access our entire purchase history much more easily.

It is quite literally impossible for anyone with too big of a purchase history to go through one page at a time (only ten items per page) and find older specific transactions because of this. Some people have had luck with the Vudu Catalog extension for Chrome but it freezes up with a really large purchase history.

In my case, because of UV syncing issues, account problems, etc, I had re-linked Vudu with UltraViolet many many countless times over the years. Every time that happened, thousands of movies and TV episodes were removed and re-added over and over because of it. Every re-added title created another new entry in my purchase history each time that happened. So my purchase history is worse than most with thousands and thousands of pages. I filed a ticket (191115-000070) for a downloadable version of my purchase history but they said they could not do that.

I know I'm not alone. Even people who do not have my particular problem have major issues when they have large libraries. There needs to be another way for us to access our full purchase history. Thank you.

We've asked for this now for a very long time. I don't think it would be hard to implement but Vudu has decided not to change it.

At least add the ability to include more results per page. It can still default to 10 like it is now but allow us to increase results to much larger number like 250 or more per page. It would still take forever for some of us but that would be a whole better than what is is now. Increasing result to 250 per page would allow us in 4 clicks to get the same results that now takes us 100 clicks.

I believe at one time Vudu offered the ability for you to download your purchase history (because I have done it.) Now they appear to have taken away that ability from the customer. Reason? I can only conjecture. It makes it too easy for the customer to question or challenge vudu if vudu "erroneously" removes a purchased movie from your account, as I have experienced recently. If you don't have a receipt, then it is not possible to obtain any relief. How convenient for vudu.

I like the download ledger option. That would be great.
